Short Break Prices The weekly rates divide it by 7 and times it by the number of nights you require and add £40.
 

Dogs and Cats
Well-behaved pets are welcome £30 per week, £5 per day.  Second pet half price. All pets must not be left unattended.
 

Cots are available with linen, high chair and baby bath £15 per letting
 

All linen is provided
 

The Gardens and Cottages are there for the enjoyment of all, any theft of any items will result in prosecution.
 

All breakages and damages must be paid for.
Loss or damages of personal property is at your own risk.
 

Deposit 50% of the total booking and to pay the balance on arrival.
 

All provisional bookings will be held for 10 days or until receipt of deposit in full.
 

Cancellations and deposit refunds one-month notice required and there will be 15% out of pocket expenses deducted.
 

Day of arrival. Please arrive after 3pm and before 8pm.  Arrival after 8pm (by arrangement) will lead to a surcharge of £15.
 

Departure. Day of departure you must vacate the premises by 10.30am.  Late departures will lead to a £15 surcharge.
